Separate basic conditions from credit decisions
Meeting the age or minimum-income requirement does not guarantee approval. Providers also assess documents, commitments, credit records and other product conditions.
Review before applying again
Check that documents are clear, current and appropriate for your employment category. Review your debt commitments and credit report. Correcting information is more useful than repeating the same application.
Use official channels
For TNG CashLoan applications, the product’s bank determines the offer and decision. Contact the relevant provider for account-specific status. We cannot access your account or know your personal reason for rejection.
