Earning RM1,500, RM1,700 or RM2,000 a month

GXBank FlexiCredit is a credit facility with a minimum monthly income of RM1,500. At RM1,700 you clear that threshold but are below the RM2,000 gross minimum for CIMB Cash Plus. At RM2,000 you meet the Cash Plus income threshold. Other conditions still apply.

An option specific to the public sector

CIMB Islamic Awam-i publishes a gross minimum of RM1,400 for eligible public-sector segments, including GLCs where ANGKASA deductions are available. This threshold belongs to that product and does not extend to private-sector employees in general.

Check what remains after commitments

Use gross income in the eligibility check. For your own budget, start with take-home pay and deduct existing debts, rent and essentials. Compare what remains with the new instalment and check total repayment.
